Bruna restaurant, known for its reinterpretation of traditional Catalan cuisine with a modern and fresh touch, led by Esther Pérez, Executive Chef of Hotel Serras Andorra, will welcome Fabio Gambirasi, named in 2024 as Ambassador of Italian Gastronomy by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty and Chef of the gastronomic restaurant Agreste Mar in Barcelona (specialized in Italo-Catalan cuisine), with extensive experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and France.
